🍓 Ingredients

4 Tomatoes
2 cups Shrimps (king prawns)
1 clove Garlic
2 small Zucchini
1/2 bunch Basil
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Oil

🍽 Instructions

Rinse the king prawns under cold running water. Press or very finely chop the garlic clove, mix together with the crabs, finely chopped basil, balsamic vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Let stand for about 1/2 hour.

Core and dice the tomatoes and zucchini, add to the crabs. Serve with ciabatta.
