Heat broth with butter, salt and pepper in a larger pan over medium heat.
Cut potatoes into eighths, add to pan and steam with lid on lower heat for about 5 minutes.
Cut savoy cabbage into narrow strips, mix into potatoes and saute with lid on for another 10 minutes. After this time, mix in the cucumbers, season everything, put the vegetable patties on top and leave in the pan with the lid on for another 10 minutes.
Arrange on a plate, decorate as desired and serve. The cucumber makes it very juicy even without the sauce.
