🍓 Ingredients

600 grams Pork
2 Bell peppers
1 stick Leek
4 packages Gravy powder for gravy
1 Onion
1 liter Water
some Tomato paste
possibly Salt and bell pepper
some Mustard
some Oil
  Salted water
4 serving Pasta

🍽 Instructions

Cut the pork into fine strips. The peppers, onions and leeks into squiggles.

Fry the onions with a little oil – I used olive oil, but you can also use other oil. Then you add the meat and fry it until it turns slightly gray. Then add tomato paste and mustard to make a better sauce base.

At the same time, the tomato paste gives the whole thing a more fruity flavor and the mustard gives it a more acidic flavor. Let everything simmer gently for about 1 – 2 minutes with the lid on.

Then add sauce powder for 1 liter of sauce and stir vigorously. Bring to the boil briefly and add 1 liter of water.

Stir again and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Then add the leeks and peppers and simmer for about 30 minutes with the lid on. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the pasta cooked in salted water.
