Mix the cutlets with the soy sauce and leave to marinate for approx.

1 – 2 hours.

Clean or peel the peppers, carrots and onion and cut into strips (the carrots can be cut into thin strips and the onions can be coarsely chopped). Sauté the sliced vegetables in a hot pan, then remove and set aside for now.


Now sauté the vegetables in the pan for about 5 minutes, then set aside or add to the cutlet. Now boil the vegetable broth with balsamic vinegar and ketchup. Add the cutlets and vegetables and boil together briefly. Serve hot. Rice is the best accompaniment.
