🍓 Ingredients

1 Meat sausage
400 grams Salami (noble salami)
500 grams Soup meat
500 grams Sauerkraut
1 large Onion
1 Red bell pepper
1 Yellow bell pepper
1 bag Spice mix for soljanka
1 jar Pickled cucumber
3 Pimento seeds
  Salt and pepper
1 bottle Ketchup
3 Bay leaves

🍽 Instructions

Boil the soup meat with allspice seeds, bay leaves and a pinch of salt until the lean meat can be separated. Remove the meat from the bone and place in a small bowl. Pour the meat broth into a container and set aside. Cut the salami and bologna into small cubes and brown with the beef. Season with salt and pepper. Now add the broth. Chop the bell bell pepper, onion and cucumber and add with the sauerkraut. Add water if necessary. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Add a little sugar if necessary.

Season with chili and soljanka seasoning as needed. Let cook until peppers are soft. Add ketchup at the end.
