Boil the soup meat with allspice seeds, bay leaves and a pinch of salt until the lean meat can be separated. Remove the meat from the bone and place in a small bowl. Pour the meat broth into a container and set aside. Cut the salami and bologna into small cubes and brown with the beef. Season with salt and pepper. Now add the broth.
