Prepare the soy as follows: Simply make a vegetable broth ready, but it is much too strong for normal use. In addition, add paprika powder. Then cook the soy in it for about 10-15 minutes with the lid open until it is soft. After that, drain the parts and collect the liquid, because the rice can be cooked in it later. Squeeze the liquid out of the soy as best you can.
Now get a large pot ready and fry the finely chopped onions in a little oil.
After a few minutes, add the soy and fry it as well. Now you can cook the rice in the collected vegetable broth, as it says on the package. When the rice is ready, take it out of the bag and add it to the soy together with the tomato sauce, the peas, the corn and maybe the chopped bell pepper. Now mix everything well together, you don’t want to have everything layered. Finally, season everything properly – hotter or not so hot, as you like.
Of course, don’t forget the soy sauce when seasoning. Tip: As a variation, you can replace part of the tomato sauce with Ajvar (paprika paste).
