500 grams Minced meat mixed
1 cup Sour cream
as you like Broth (clear broth) instant
1 small Onion
  Sauce binder for dark sauce
400 grams Spaetzle or noodles
as you like Water
  Salt and pepper

🍽 Instructions

Chop the onion and fry with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the sour cream and stir in. Then deglaze with water until everything is covered and simmer for a few minutes. Stir in as much sauce thickener until the desired consistency is reached and season to taste with clear broth. In the meantime, cook the spaetzle or noodles and serve both together.
