Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Then strain through a sieve. In the meantime, peel the onions. Dice together with the bacon. Sauté both with the mixed minced meat. Add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms and let them stew for a few minutes in the closed pot. Peel and dice the tomatoes and add them with the likewise diced bell pepper. Stir in the processed cheese and season with salt and white pepper.
Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
If the sauce is too thick, simply thin it with cream or milk. Pour the sauce hot over the cooked spaghetti and serve immediately.
