Prepare the pasta according to package directions. In the meantime, drain the tomatoes and finely dice them. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Cut open the chili pepper, remove the seeds and dice very finely. Heat the oil.
Sauté the garlic, onions, chili and dried tomatoes in it.
Sprinkle with flour and sauté.
Add the strained tomatoes. Season with pepper, smoked salt, paprika powder and oregano. Serve with the cooked pasta.
