Dice the onion. Chop the chives and parsley. Mix all the ingredients except the spaghetti into a sauce, put it in a tightly sealed bowl and season to taste. The sauce should taste like curry, so don’t skimp on that.
In the meantime, boil the spaghetti until al dente. Add the still warm pasta to the sauce and mix everything well. Then immediately close the jar tightly and let it infuse for about 2 hours. Tastes good warm and cold.
