Skin and seed the tomatoes.

Cut the tomato fillets into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic (amount as desired). Cut the mozzarella into small cubes as well. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente and drain. At the same time with the spaghetti water, put a pot with some olive oil.

Sauté the garlic in the heated olive oil.

Then add the diced tomatoes and let them melt. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Then turn down the heat and add the mozzarella cubes until they melt slightly. If the spaghetti is not yet ready, keep it warm for a short time. To serve, place the spaghetti on plates, pour the tomato sauce over it and place a spoonful of pesto in the middle of the tomatoes. A delicious appetizer (for more than 4 people) or with salad and bread a summer lunch.
