🍓 Ingredients

2 Avocados ripe
1/2 bunch Basil
2 teaspoons Capers
8 Tomatoes dried in oil
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Cayenne pepper
400 grams Spaghetti
2 tablespoons Lemon juice

🍽 Instructions

First, chop the sun-dried tomatoes and capers, then cut the basil into strips.

Next, the flesh of the avocado should be mashed with a fork. The last thing to do is mix all the ingredients together and season with lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper. The spaghetti is cooked and mixed with the avocado sauce.

By the way, cheese doesn’t really go well with this. It tastes delicious as it is.
