🍓 Ingredients

1 cup Creme fraiche
500 grams Spaghetti or other pasta
250 grams Gorgonzola or Oesterkron cheese
some Chives
  Salt and pepper
1 cup Sour cream

🍽 Instructions

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Cut cheese into pieces and heat. Stir with a whisking rod until smooth. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.

The sauce should not boil.

Mix the spaghetti with the sauce and serve.
