Prepare the whole wheat spaghetti in salted water according to package directions. While the pasta is cooking, cut the zucchini into fine strips with a peeler. Heat the oil in the pan and steam the zucchini strips in it for a few minutes. Then deglaze with soy sauce and vegetable broth.
Add peanut butter, sambal oelek and red curry paste. Bring to the boil briefly, add cooked pasta.
