Spaghetti with Scampi and Arugula

🍓 Ingredients

200 grams Scampi
  Salted water
250 grams Spaghetti
100 grams Arugula
1 package Pine nuts
1 clove Garlic
1 small bowl Cocktail tomatoes
  Pepper
possibly Salt
as you like Olive oil

🍽 Instructions

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Finely chop the garlic and fry with the scampi in plenty of olive oil until crispy. Add the tomatoes, arugula and pine nuts and fry briefly.

Add the spaghetti to the pan and mix well. Season with pepper and possibly a little salt. If necessary, you can add a little olive oil again for flavor at the end!
