Cut the chicken into 8 pieces, salt and sprinkle with hot rose paprika. Heat the oil in a deep pan, brown the chicken pieces and peeled onions in it on all sides.
Add diced raw ham and peppers cut into 2 cm pieces. Stirring constantly, brown everything together for a few minutes. Mix the red wine with tomato paste, add and bring to the boil again. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.
Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Rice goes very well with it.
