🍓 Ingredients

500 grams Spelt flour
50 grams Sunflower seeds
1 cube Yeast
500 milliliters Water lukewarm
50 grams Linseed
2 teaspoons Salt
2 tablespoons Fruit vinegar e.g. apple cider vinegar
50 grams Sesame seeds

🍽 Instructions

Mix the yeast and water together (dough hook), knead in the flour. Knead in the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and flax seeds.

Knead in the salt and vinegar. Grease the loaf pan and put the dough in it. Place in a cold oven on the middle rack and bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for 60 minutes.

Remove the bread from the pan and bake for another 5-10 minutes without the pan for a nice crust and browning.
