1 medium-sized Onion
200 grams Veal liver sausage
1 bunch Fresh marjoram
100 grams Liver sausage coarse
1 tablespoon Dry sherry
3 tablespoons Sweet cream
  Black pepper
  Nutmeg
some Worcestershire sauce

🍽 Instructions

Finely chop the onion and marjoram. Mix the liver sausage with the sherry and the cream until smooth. Then stir in the onion and marjoram and season everything with the spices.
