🍓 Ingredients

5 cloves Garlic pressed/chopped
5 Onions chopped
4 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tubes Tomato puree
800 grams Tomatoes chopped and peeled (can)
600 grams Ground beef
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 bottle Wine red
  Salt and pepper
  Basil
  Oregano
400 grams Ham dried (e.g. Black Forest Tyrolean Parma) in small cubes

🍽 Instructions

Sauté onions and garlic in oil, add minced meat and fry until nicely browned. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and wine, stir. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, chili powder and basil (oregano should slightly dominate).

Stir in the diced ham and let everything simmer for 3 hours on low heat.
