Sort spinach and blanch in boiling water for approx. 1 min., squeeze and chop. Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic and anchovies. Sauté briefly and then add the spinach, pine nuts and raisins. Season with salt and pepper and cook over a gentle heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
