🍓 Ingredients

300 grams Flour
250 grams Margarine
300 grams Sugar
1 package Vanilla sugar
125 grams Ground hazelnuts
4 Eggs
3 Ripe bananas
1 package Baking powder

🍽 Instructions

Mix margarine and sugar, gradually add the eggs. Mash the bananas (mash them with a fork beforehand in a small bowl).

Add the hazelnuts, flour and baking powder by the spoonful. Pour into a round baking tray (26 or 28 cm). Bake at 170°C convection oven for about 50 – 60 minutes.
