Beat 4 eggs with salt and sugar until creamy, add milk and mix.
Mix all other dry ingredients well and while stirring let them trickle in slowly and mix everything together for 5-7 min on medium speed, the dough is very thin.
Pour into a 30 cm loaf pan lined with baking paper, bake in a cold oven at about 130°C convection oven for about 100 – 120 min.
