Beat yogurt, oil, sugar, egg yolks until foamy, stir in flour mixed with baking powder, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Fold in drained peach pieces (or other fruit). Bake at 200Β°C for 60 minutes. Use yogurt cup as measure.
