🍓 Ingredients

350 grams Sugar
225 milliliters Oil (sunflower oil)
350 grams Flour
5 Eggs
400 grams Yogurt e.g. stracciatella or vanilla
2 packages Vanilla sugar
  Fat for the mold
2 packages Baking powder
possibly Cake glaze (chocolate glaze)
possibly Powdered sugar
  Breadcrumbs for the mold

🍽 Instructions

Mix all ingredients well so that a smooth dough is formed.

Grease a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, fill in the dough and bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Then let cool and remove from the mold, optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar or pour chocolate icing.
