4 teaspoons Mustard medium hot
4 slices Ham raw
2 slices Farmhouse bread or wholemeal bread
2 slices Cheese (Gouda or Edam)
1 Onion cut into rings
2 Eggs

🍽 Instructions

Cover the bread generously with the raw ham and then spread it with the mustard. Place the onions cut into rings and the cheese on top. Fry fried eggs as usual and put them on the prepared bread.

Enjoy immediately. The number of slices of ham and cheese and eggs depends, of course, on the hunger and the size of the sandwiches.
