Soak rolls in cold water. Chop onions. Knead with minced meat, egg and squeezed out roll. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
Form 6 patties, making a depression in each. Place in a greased baking dish. Pit olives and chop finely. Peel garlic, wash oregano.
Chop both. Mix everything and fill into the cavities. Cut tomatoes into slices. Place one slice on each patty. Place the rest of the tomatoes in the dish. Sprinkle cheese over the meatballs.
Bake in hot oven at 200 °C top/bottom heat (convection oven: 175 °C) for 25 minutes.
