Mix the ingredients to make a pan cake batter. Bake thinly in oil to make 6- 8 pan cakes. They should not become too stiff, so that they can still be rolled.
Fry minced meat, season, let cool. Crumble or chop feta, mix into mince.
Fold in crème fraîche and parsley.
Spread the mixture lengthwise on the pancakes and roll them together. Place the pancakes side by side in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 200°C for 15 -20 min. until the cheese is nice and golden brown.
