🍓 Ingredients

2 Sausages (white sausages)
2 Tomatoes
  Basil
  Lard (onion lard)
4 slices Feta cheese
  Salt and pepper

🍽 Instructions

Cut out the inside of the tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, basil and set aside. Cut the white sausages into slices, heat the onion lard in a pan. Put the slices in and fry them at low temperature on both sides.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

Put the sautéed sausage slices in the tomatoes and put them in the oven.

Leave in the oven until the tomatoes are almost cooked. Then add the feta cheese on top of the sausage and finish cooking in the oven. It goes well with pasta and homemade tomato sauce.
