Knead all the given ingredients into a smooth dough, form into a ball and let rise warm for 45 min. Then take the dough out of the bowl with a dough cone, divide into 8 equal parts and form into rolls.
Place the buns on a greased baking sheet and cut each one once lengthwise with a sharp knife and cover with a kitchen towel. Now preheat the oven to 250°C. When the oven is hot, spray the buns with water using a flower sprayer until they are shiny and moist.
Then put them in the oven and bake for about 20 min. until golden brown.
