Mix butter or margarine, sugar, eggs and a pinch of salt until smooth. Sift the flour, mix with baking powder and stir into the mixture. Now add the sunflower seeds and oat flakes or muesli. If you like, you can add raisins. The dough must be chilled for half an hour so that the cookies do not become hard – if the dough is still sticky, dust it with some flour.
Now form small balls from the dough and press them a little flat.
If you like, you can roll the small balls in sunflower seeds. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C – 200°C for about 10-12 minutes.
