🍓 Ingredients

3 Eggs
1 package Vanilla sugar
150 grams Sugar
180 grams Ground hazelnuts or almonds
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2 tablespoons Breadcrumbs

🍽 Instructions

Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Fold in nuts, breadcrumbs and baking powder and fill into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 200 degrees for approx. 30-40 min. Let cool slightly in the form.
