Preheat oven to 180°(convection oven 160°). Line the 12 cups of a muffin tray with paper cups. Sift flour with baking powder into a bowl, mix with sugar and salt. In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, egg, oil, vanilla sugar and lemon baking soda. Gradually stir in the flour mixture. Pour batter into ramekins, bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Remove and let cool.
Stir powdered sugar with 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice to make a thick glaze, add 1 pinch green food ferns. Spread cooled muffins with icing, garnish with colorful sugar flowers (ready-made) and let dry.
