🍓 Ingredients

300 grams Arugula
500 grams Pasta (talgiatelle)
400 grams Cherry tomatoes
  Oil (olive oil)
2 cloves Garlic
  Grated parmesan or pecorino
possibly Peperoncini

🍽 Instructions

For the pasta, salt boiling water and add a little olive oil and the pasta. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the whole garlic cloves a little. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the garlic in the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Clean arugula and cut large leaves in half if necessary. Remove the garlic cloves and season with chilli pepper for those who like it hot. Just before the pasta is al dente, add the arugula to the tomatoes in the pan. Drain the pasta and mix everything.

Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese to taste.
