🍓 Ingredients

500 grams Curd cheese
200 grams Cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
some Juice (tangerine juice)
150 grams Sugar
1 cup Whipped cream
2 packages Almonds (almond slivers)
2 cans Tangerines 425 ml each drained
1 tablespoon Sugar

🍽 Instructions

Mix the cream cheese with sugar and a little tangerine juice until smooth.

Then fold in the whipped cream and the tangerines.

Refrigerate the curd cheese. Toast the almond slivers in a hot pan with 1 tablespoon sugar, turning constantly. Before serving, fold the almond slivers into the cream or sprinkle over the curd.
