Cut the cooked ham into small cubes and fry in a pot with a little oil.

Add the thyme and the mushrooms.

The whole thing is infused with the cream and possibly with a little water and seasoned with salt and pepper. Now let it simmer for a short time. Serve with noodles of your choice. Tip: If you like, you can thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch.
