Cut the meat in half the night before, fry in olive oil and season well with salt and pepper. Remove the meat, chop the onions and fry them in the oil.
Rub the thyme. Put the cutlets in half in a baking dish, put the onions, cream and thyme on top. The meat should be completely covered with cream.
The next day, place in the oven at 150 °C for 2 hours. It is served with rösti, but also with frites or rice. A fresh leaf salad is suitable as a side dish.
