Wash and clean the tomatoes and strawberries, cut them into pieces and arrange them on a platter or in a bowl. Spread fresh basil leaves on top. Drizzle with olive oil.
Heat balsamic, apple and orange juice, bring to a boil briefly and then simmer for about 3 – 5 minutes, stirring.
Season with salt and pepper. Allow the dressing to cool briefly and drizzle over the salad.
Decorate with Crema di Balsamico. Tip: Also tastes good with feta cheese.
