🍓 Ingredients

2 Wholemeal toast
3 Mini tomatoes
5 grams Ginger organic
some Cream horseradish
a few stems Parsley

🍽 Instructions

Toast the two toasts, then spread both slices with the creamed horseradish. Wash the tomatoes and parsley.

Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise and pluck the parsley into small pieces. Cut the organic ginger into small cubes. Top one slice of toast with the parsley, tomatoes and ginger. Place the other slice on top, like a sandwich.
