Put olive oil in a pot and lightly fry the diced onion in it.
Chop the tomatoes and add to the onions, simmer for about 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, salt and pepper and cook briefly. Puree everything with a blender, so that a sauce is formed, this may now still be liquid. Now add the wok noodles and simmer for about 5 minutes in the tomato sauce. Finally, season with parsley, salt and pepper – done! If it must go very quickly, I just leave out the onion, our little one loves these noodles and they are ready in no time, plus little washing up.
