Cook the rice according to package directions.
Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Cut the meat into fine strips.
In a frying pan, sauté the onion with the garlic and the meat and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Stir the tomato paste into the half-finished rice. Then season with salt, bell pepper, a little sugar, paprika powder, rosemary, thyme, oregano (or use pizza seasoning instead of the three herbs) and balsamic vinegar. Add the meat and mix gently.
Serve hot.
