🍓 Ingredients

200 grams Cocktail tomatoes
1 Garlic clove
160 grams Basmati
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
50 milliliters Vegetable broth
10 grams Ginger
1 teaspoon Oil
1 tablespoon Lime juice
  Salt and pepper
2 Spring onions
some Honey
1/2 bunch Parsley

🍽 Instructions

Cook the rice in salted water.

Cut the tomatoes in half.

Cut the spring onions into rings, chop the parsley. Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Mix with broth, vinegar, oil and lime juice.

Season to taste with salt, pepper and honey. Mix the rice with the tomatoes, spring onions, parsley and vinaigrette and season to taste. It goes best with steamed fish!
