🍓 Ingredients

200 grams Creme fraiche
2 cloves Garlic
1 large can Tomato peeled
  Olive oil
  Pepper
  Salt

🍽 Instructions

Peel the garlic and dice very finely.

Sauté in a little olive oil. Chop peeled tomatoes and add to the pot before the garlic takes color. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Then stir in the crème fraiche and season with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta.
