For the dough, dissolve the yeast with the sugar in the water.
Put all the other ingredients in a mixing bowl, then add the yeast water and knead until the dough separates from the edge of the bowl. Cover and let rise in oven preheated to 40 °C and turned off again for approx. 45 – 50 min.
Roll out the dough and place it on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
For the sauce, blend all ingredients well and season to taste if necessary.
Spread the sauce on the dough. Then spread the tomato and zucchini slices on top in a fan shape and crumble the feta on top. If you like, sprinkle some oregano on top. Bake at 200 °C top and bottom heat for about 15 minutes on the middle shelf.
