Cook the tortellini in salted water according to package directions. Dice the cheese and ham.
Wash the leek and cut into half rings. Let the tortellini cool down a bit, but they may still be lukewarm. Then mix the tortellini with cheese, ham, leek and the mayonnaise (usually you don’t need the whole jar, so add little by little).
Then mix in the curry. Then season with salt and pepper and vinegar, for some acidity, to taste. Put in the refrigerator for about 1.5 hours.
