Dice the onion and garlic, cut the pork tenderloin into small pieces and chop the parsley. In a pan in a little butter sweat the onions and a little later add the garlic. Then add the meat to the pan, salt, pepper and brown. Add the tortellini, the wine and the crème fraîche. Bring to a boil and then add the broth and cream. Simmer until the sauce is slightly creamy.
Finally, stir in the parsley and season to taste.
