🍓 Ingredients

some Lettuce - leaves
1 level tablespoons Pesto alla genovese
1 large Wrap (tortilla wrap)
1 level tablespoons Tomato paste
4 slices Cucumbers peeled diced small
4 small Tomatoes quartered
2 Radishs sliced
1 tablespoon Carrot grated
2 tablespoons Plain yogurt
2 tablespoons Bell peppers diced small

🍽 Instructions

Spread the pesto and tomato paste evenly on the tortilla wrap, top with lettuce and sprinkle the vegetables.

Spread plain yogurt on top and roll up the wrap and enjoy. Tips:

The vegetables can be varied of course, sometimes I add mushrooms, my brother likes to sprinkle cheese on top, every now and then I replace all the vegetables with a ratatouille from the night before, depending on what I have at home and what else fits on top. The wraps are also good as a ‘snack’.
