Put all ingredients together in a pot and mix well. The fruit/vegetables should simmer for 45-60 minutes until the liquid has pretty much evaporated.
Then pour into rinsed, clean jars while still hot.
Seal tightly and allow to cool. Goes super well with poultry and steaks. But also fondue or to refine duck orange! Small tip: Simply mix 1 glass with 1 cup of cream, heat and serve with rice.
