Chop the garlic clove and the onion and fry well together with the tuna – the tuna already brings the oil for frying. Season with pepper, salt and paprika – add a handful of coconut flakes to the pan for that little extra something. Mix everything well and fry until it has the desired browning. Meanwhile, cook the rice.

Just loose with enough water in a pot or according to instructions. Season the yogurt a bit with pepper and salt and serve as a sauce. (If desired, it can also be refined with tomatoes or cucumber) serve the whole thing together.
