Cook the rice with water and salt, drain and rinse with cold water and drain. Cut the peppers into short thin strips, drain the tuna, reserving the oil.
Peel and chop the onion, also chop the parsley and mix both with the tuna oil.
Add mayonnaise and lemon juice, season with spices (a good portion of garlic powder should be added). Mix everything with the rice, add the paprika and only after everything is well mixed, fold in the tuna.
Let it stand for about 30 to 60 minutes. Garnish with 1 – 2 eggs if desired.
