Cut the onion into small cubes. Drain the tuna and mix with the mayonnaise and onion.
Stir well. Then season with Maggi, salt and pepper. If desired, chop the chives and add. Spread a slice of toast, either toasted or untoasted, with some of the mixture, place a second slice on top and then cut diagonally. Repeat until all toasts are used.
Especially good for summer outings, but also tastes good at home and in winter.
